@davewoodson hey Dave, make sure to let us know how it turns out for ya! To answer your question, Chef dumped out about 50% of the water in the can. But keep in mind, all brands will be a little different. As a rule, you want a little water, just enough to evaporate off evenly during the 12-15 minutes you are letting the sugar cure into to corn.
