i think its the person did not take good care of the dog well and abanden it and the dog cheewed up every thing and shitted every ware just dont get people with pets and might have better luck

@sirMAXX77 Its a 50k house. A basic junker he bought for really cheap and put no work into it hoping to make a quick buck off some renters. He obviously put as much work into looking for a good tenant as he did into the home. Which is none. Unless you have experience in rental property you should not get into the business.

that is freggin horrible :( i feel for you man, i had a tenant like that with the horrible dog crap smell and it is upsetting when you care for a property you actually care about and the people that take it have no respect for it. but times are changing, slow and difficult but better background checks and being picky about who gets it helps

Such a horrible thing to do to someone else!! You should look at the story on Facebook," It's called a story of a deadbeat tenant" Its about a family who made a career out of stealing rent! They had been EVICTED 18 times!! So sad!!!

wow this is horrible! the sad thing is by the looks around the house....it looks as though they had a small child living amongst all that filth! I am soo sorry this happened to you but this makes me wonder whats going to happen to the child.
