Democrats = The party of trial lawyers and Socialistic Labor Unions

Republicans = The party of lower taxes and tort reform.

Not true -- McCain has laid his specific plans out on his website.

Additionally, Obama's tax plan taxes investments in wall street, even those owned my the middle class, at a significantly higher rate.

Most American's own a 401k, and the effects of capital gains tax increases directly affects their retirement.

Additionally, the whole premise of giving tax credits back to people who ultimately don't pay taxes (something Obama supports) is nothing but wealth redistribution.

OBAMA laid down a very specific & detailed plan dealing with our failing Economy, Educational system, College tuition, Nat'l health care plan, Cut tax on 95% of Americans.

McCAIN hasn't. He avoids the subjects because he has NOTHING to offer us. So he choose the "LOW-ROAD" by attacking Obama relentlessly with lies & misinformation.

Everything today gets recorded & checked. His lies come back to bite him. McCAIN uses the same old Karl Rove's tactics of fear & smear. This time it won't work.

Obama said repeatedly on records, that he'll cut taxes for 95% of American families. This is genuine fear tactic from the republican smear machine.

Don't buy into it ... they used it in 1992 on Clinton (taxes weren't raised) in 2000 & 2004 for George Bush. Result (worst economy in decades, bankuptcy, devalued dollar, rich got richer, unemployment at 6.1%)

Obama will cut taxes for 95% of American Families ... remember that.

Very true - and very funny! Funny how things change. Lincoln was the first to impose a tax on us (he was a Republican) and Dems used to be against federal taxes - state rights!
