  • @mountainmute In all due respect the "Second Line" refers to the original practice of people paying respects to the deceased, slow and processional to the cemetery and fast and upbeat after the service to celebrate the deceased person's life. In the beginning people followed the procession and thus were called second line. Some walked along side and were called sidewalk steppers. Now the steppers and second line can be found behind ad ahead of the procession. A wonderful tradition.
