Music is immune to time. Once a note is sounded it becomes eternal.

Saw them in concert in 8/2974 at the Kansas City Chief's Arrowhead Stadium (great acoustics there). The concert headlined Deep Purple ("Smoke on the Water Live" tour) and was the year J Geils Band came out with the "Nightmares...and Other Tales from the Vinyl Jungle" album and a group called Elf led off the night (don't remember them, after the other two played). Talk about a great concert. High energy of two different types-OH WHAT A NIGHT!!! GRACIOUS ME!!!

@snappa2 Sorry partner. I thought a pro had been hired to shoot the show. I can understand now why there was so much movement. Anyway, it's the music I like. Thanks for doing the best you could.

What in the world is wrong with the camera guy? I mean, I'm old and rockin' but jeez . . . Great tune though. A real classic. Thanks for posting.

@freddiemesquit1 wrong with the camera guy? This was shot with a small personal digital camera being held while standing on the floor among a big moving crowd. They didn't let the fans bring in tripods. Sheesh...

Last time I saw them was at Great Woods 10 years ago and they were really good. This time they were great and it was like they never took a break! We're all lucky to have been there.
