  • Yet she's teaching pregnant aerobics. What a waste.

  • none of the women where putting any weight on their bellies. This is a prenatal class so the instructor knows that much at least LOL

  • Now, I might not be a Doctor...or ya know, a Woman or anything...but I Think that any Yoga, or Aerobic Exercise that you would do when you're Pregnant that would be putting you in a Position to lay down on your front (putting essentially all of your body weight onto your Whomb) would be bad for the unborn Baby/Babies...
