This sequence shows the 1st demonstration of a 3D people tracking system during an open campus held at Nara Institute of Science and technology (NAIST) - Japan on 16/02/2008.
The system was designed to be robust against lighting change and as such, works indoor and outdoor. It also achieves 10fps an a single PC. The only sensor used is a single stereo camera fixed at a high position and observing the scene at an oblique angle.
