  • well i'll be damned for all you haters out there!, i am 67 fucking years old and i lift my 2 year old son out of the crib for 3 set's of 10 and i max out lifting my 23 year old wife out of our bed.

  • you aint squatting unless you're doing it right, your descend is good but coming up your doing a good morning... a very poor goodmorning, want to slip a lumbar disk? then keep doing what you are doing, and trust me you wont be smiling then. lower the weight, perfect the form and actually go bellow parallel, then youll see your legs explode, cause all you are doing is moving weight, not training those legs, frig and grow those dam hamstrings too
