John Root demo reel - "A Christmas Carol"

I was the Motion Capture Solving Lead on this film. As such I was responsible for the tools, technology and people surrounding the motion capture post processing pipeline. For Carol I was focused primarily on the body solving and character retargeting. Moving into Mars Needs Moms and Yellow Submarine my responsibilities expanded to cover more aspects of the pipeline including face, hands, integration and editing.
