Their philosophy is: don't let the civilians know the whole truth about hopelessness on the points of view pertaining to liberty and equal rights, they just want to ignore the facts and posses meaningless policies that ultimately fails beyond belief. It's no wonder why there's a substantial amount of corruption from alot of sources worldwide because they're too blind to understand the worldviews are not a pleasant phase whatsoever.
