they glue the nuts to the wheel so when they slide it on there already there and ready to go

How do the lug nuts work on these cars? Are they attached to the new wheel or something? I didn't see anyone putting one by one on the studs

Two suggestions:

1. Use 6 people instead of 3 to do both the sides of the car simultaneously.

2. Use robotic manipulators instead of people.
