@drdre306 Which one of your "facts" do you want me to examine. Have I not replied to all of them? Which one have I missed?

The baby has separate DNA than the mother. Saying that the baby is a part of the mothers body is like saying a bee is a part of your body when it stings you because, "you are connected." The baby has its own soul. This makes the baby and the mother two different people, because they are two different souls.

@dianalee84 So you presume that all pro-life people don't care about famine or child neglect or any other pressing problems in society. There are no facts to support that claim? My experience is that pro-life people tend to be more generous with their time (and money) in helping all causes. Either way, what's your solution, kill children before birth in case there is a famine on the horizon? I'd prefer to see fairer distributuion of wealth and an end to the exploitation of Africa as solutions.

@MyChannelYouDickhead See even though you might not be ready to care for your child that doesn't mean someone else isnt. You should seriously concider adoption before you make a decision that you will most likely regret. Many agencies let you pick the family and meet them. Secondly, Babies will never be on the same level as hamburger or porkchops. Humans, even the unborn, are people and animals are food and have been for thousands of years

@MyChannelYouDickhead First of all I'm sorry about your situation. I was just a few years older than you when I unexpectedly got pregnant. The father wanted me to have an abortion saying he "couldn't afford to have a kid" which was complete BS. I was unemployed at the time. Thank God I had a supportive family who helped me raise my daughter. But even if they didn't there was always the option of adoption.

Many are saying "what if the child will have a bad life?" If you feel that's a reason for killing the child, why not take child victims of abuse and kill them? Why not "abort" babies in foster care? Is that wrong? Why?

Even if no one in the world is there to help (and many are), it's still murder- flat out murder- to kill a child before it's born, just as it's murder to kill one after it's born. There is never a reason for such violence.

I made a stupid mistake of getting pregnant. It's my fault, I wasn't careful enough. I'm having an abortion next week. It's not a mistake that's worth living with for the rest of my life. I would rather have a child when I'm ready, when I've lived my life first, when I have money to support my child, enough love, a stable relationship. I'm 17 years old, it's way too young to have a child when I am still one myself. I am not ready for that responsability, to look after another human-being.

How many of you are meat eaters here? You are against killing a child, but when it comes to other life sources, yes, with hearts, you are not against it.

The baby could have grown up to be miserable, with a mom who didn't care and a dad who walked out before the child was even born. The child could have been so miserable that he/she could have killed himself. The child could have been a killer, rapist and grew up with pain and misery. If you are not ready to have a child and don't have the money to support a child, don't have one. I hear these people bad mouthing teenage mothers, well if you don't like teenage pregnancy, why against abortion?
