It sounds boggy on the top end because its upshifting to fast. The clutches probly need some service and a good cleaning or mabey the belt tis a little worn.

dude it wasnt running on one plug, it was running on one plug it would not sound to pingy i would say you might simply be loosing top end by having that can, i hear they do give you high rpm bogging
