It took some work, a handfull of blown fuses, a few trips to Radio Shack, and some soldering, but I've finally completed my conversion to LED turn signals without the use of load equalizers. (Need an electronic blinker from auto parts store, and 2 diodes from Radio Shack to prevent back-flow)
I am by no means an electronics engineer, but if you understand the basics of DC electricity (direction of flow), and feel comfortable with a soldering iron, I'd be happy to share my findings with anyone wanting to do the same. Without all the guess work I had to do, I'm confident this project could be done in a few hours, or less.
The actual turn signal lights, however, are 100% custom built by me. THAT took a lot of time since I knew nothing about LED's before this project. I spent enough LED's and Smoked enough resistors to probably be of some help there too. :0)
Maybe you can help me im trying to switch to an led signals and my fuses keep buring out its just strait wire splicing but maybe i need a bigger fuse or somthing because the wire for the led is not polarized.

DO the guys at radio shack know their stuff? I have a simple circuit diagram i want to take to them becuase i am not sure which parts i need.
