its called an utter. it makes you have strong BONES. its japan, you cant blame them or being crazy. and where did you hear it doesnt? since i have started drinking milk more since the beginning of the year. i have felt much stronger and my grandpa who is 60 is building a car with very heavy part by himself. and he can drink a gallon a day sometimes XD. i know that other food can help even more but dont make such a big deal and is your statement even going to effect my milk drinking habits?
