this song is about the vietnam war when america sent planes full of toxic chemicals that would kill the trees and plants so the vietnamese cant hid under the trees or plants anymore, making it easier for american soldiers so seek and killed them. due to this black, toxic chemical radiating the people that came in contact with the chemicals, many vietnamese babies were born deformed or retarded. so the song was to discribe the chemicals falling down like a rain on a sunny day as an anti-war song
