Nowhere in the US Constitution does it say anything about health insurance being a requirement. But it does say in the 13th Amendment that involuntary servitude is prohibited. Corecing the citizen to make monetary purchases to privately owned businesses such as health insurance companies subjects him or her to involuntary servitude to that business.
