@zezodaly they use 'Ya' instead of 'Al' because the whole song is about 'calling' Allah as like 'Ya' we usually used to start our pray or doa. 'Al' or "ال" is simmilar to 'The' in a way, whereas 'Ya' means 'Oh'. I hope my explanation is understandable.
