you do no you dont have to throw fast to be good... i throw low 80's and did very well in highschool. Not just in my league but all over the state... speed helps, but in highschool people can get away with hitting spots and changing speeds doesnt mean fast but just throwing like 80 fsb 70 chang and what not...

Now i personally dont get, posting a video of your own accomplishments like a trophy on youtube (im a borderline X'er not a Y (generation)) BUT i think this kid did a great job regardless of the "speed" of his pitch(and 80mph WOW!, thats not fast in highschool anymore?)
