I fully agree with you, it is impossible to burn fat in one specific part of the body, I get a little angry when I watch things like this as I was once a fool who took advice on board like this and wasted months of my life

do a total body workout 3 times a week with 1 set of each exercise and then repeat the circuit. this way is good because you target different muscles every exercise so so dont need to rest long between them so you are keeping your heartrate up constantly so your metabolism is really cooking!! Then this causes afterburn for 48hours!! Do 1 interval workout on the weekend. Diet is key though, dont do stupid low carb. muscles need carbs and protein to grow!!! eat 6 times and that causes a bigger met

@SweetSinFZ So true. I started my abs exercise like 4 months ago and in the first two months i already have six pack without any supplements or protein drink that bodybuilder use to make it faster. Now my two lower abs starting to appear and i hope to get 8 pack in the nearest time. Hope his lower abs exercise help me to achieve it. ^_^ wish u guys who is trying to the 6 or 8 pack achieve what you want.

@G3NERALSMURF running does strip muscle but if your lifting weights too then you have a balance, if anything you are maintaining or building muscle at a slow rate. Be honest
