Behind The Jump: Vol 8 - Train Small, See Large. An important part of parkour training is to practise very small movements, often in a restricted environment, in order to develop greater spatial awareness and control. This 'small' training then makes the 'large' movements comparatively simple to perform. For more in the series see www.parkourgenerations.com

  • That's how all pk training should be!!! thanks a lot for the effort put in the video =)

  • As usual, exellence in video form. I'm loving what PkGen are doing for the public face of Parkour, learning it right is key, not learning fast.

  • this spot's in london right?

  • Damn, I can listen to the sounds of perfect landings all day long...

  • @Cl00lessGrl "focus" isnt for everybody.

  • @Firebreath01 i need wide shoes because i have wide feet. I like to mix up my shoes for when i train parkour because to keep things adjusting and adapting. I cant wear puma's my big toe ends up over the sole, and my Nike Lunar Swifts are majorly deformed cuz of my wide feet, but there still good just not for walking 2 miles everyday :P next shoes i want to try are some Adida's my older brother has but i cant seem to find them anywhere

  • @Firebreath01 Wait, what?? Haha where did you see that? I train in new balance shoes, so that sort of concerns me

  • maby its just me, but i love the sliding sound of rubber on concreat!!

  • haha :P

  • I was going to but those shoes but I prefer wider shoes. Don't know if I made the wrong choice, because I train in New Balance shoes... I once read they are "for 40 year olds who are scared of walking".

  • This vid proves simple is best. p.s Go Tracey =P
