If the fight is totally spontaneous, like, on the spot, then Spiderman wins. His super strength and webbing would overcome batman. However, if they had time to prepare, I could see it going either way. But lets not forget, what Batman is to preparation, Spiderman is to improvisation. "batman achived physical and mental perfection", see? perfection, just like cap. only because captain emerica can do things that are incredible doesn't means that he haves suer powers, i mean, there is no one in wour world with the physical body of batman. they are equal.

@Knight1992Azure NO, look, captain america is a peak human, PEAK. that means that he doesn't have superhuman streanght or super speed, he is just an enhansed human. yes, he rip throught solid steel, but with his human streanght, that is what a human can do, when his body is at 100%, you can search in google, wikipedia..... cap doesn't haves any kind of super power, ask everybody.

@EwingAmaterasu Cap does have superhuman strength he's been shown to rip though solid steel doors with his bare hands. I'm still looking for the Superboy vs Justice league issue but until I find it just re-read then end of infinite crisis. Superboy went up against the entire Green Lantern corps and killed a lot of them. It took 2 versions of Superman ganging up on Superboy to take him down and Spider-man did it in the cross-over on his own. Does that sound right to you?

@Knight1992Azure how do you now that character are doing things wrong? superman beat hulk, elektra beat catwoman..... it makes sence, batman defeated cap. and when did superboy defeated the justise league? i can't find the fight. cap is enhances? yes, does he haves super powers? no. enhanes doesn't means superpower, it means that he resived something, in this case, a perfect athlet body, that's all. what cap achived with the super soldier serium, bat achived with training.

@EwingAmaterasu The Marvel/Dc cross over is non-cannon because characters do things they shouldn't be able too. If your going to go by that Spider-man beat Superboy in that cross-over. Superboy has beat the Justice league on his own (including Batman and Superman) should Spidey have been able to beat him? No he shouldn't, thats why crossovers are not counted as character reference. In a straight up fight with no plot devices Cap and Spider-man could both beat Batman.

@Knight1992Azure you think that cap is better because of the super soldier serium. the super soldier serium just gived cap peakl human condition. cap obatained his abilitys with the serioum, batman obtained his abilitys with training, that is the only big difference of bouth. you can watch the fight of batman and cap, at the end, they were equal.
