Cruise ship crews should be better trained for situations like this. I'm sure they tried their best to do what they can for the passengers, but the panic, confusion, and gravity of the situation would have made even the simplest task of keeping people calm close to impossible. With that said, the crew themselves would have panicked too - they were just in as much danger of drowning as the passengers.

@Trulyloyale crew are not trained in an insane situation like this where it's tiltied on its side with no way of releasing life boats. plus, all crew speak english i'm pretty sure. put yourself in their situation. what the hell would you do?!
