  • I believe in the world being created by a giant spaghetti monster. Since evolution is not true, the only possible alternative is creationism and our belief in the giant spaghetti monster. That is why science class should be divided to teach these beliefs equally.

We have a holy pasta book of teachings which reveals the Spaghetti monster created everything leaving fake facts behing to let people believe in evolution, and then, turned invisible to watch who would remain faithful. Rhamen!

  • Part 2> Evolution is irrelevant to the existence of god either way, and the Kreeft in this video personally said he believes its true. so you may want to watch a video before commenting on it, it makes you look more intelligent and less hysterical . No one wants classes divided to teach different views that's another straw man, though some of us would like freedom of speech so you don't get fired if you are even remotely skeptical of a theory.

  • Part 3> It doesn't matter if religious folks get there views about the Universe from Holy books or fortune cookies that's irrelevant , what matters is Can their view that God is more rational than atheism Logically stand up on its own ? Design requires a designer. Is a universe that also contains rational creatures something atheism would even predict ? Your conversion to the spaghetti cult shows atheisms faults are starting to dawn on you.

  • Part 4> Fake scientific facts is something no one believes in but fringe element within Y.E. creationists circles , So your looking for the Venomfang channel that's down the hall I'm afraid you are horribly lost and commenting wildly on any video you see.

Of coarse this assumes you are a real person and not an old Rational responder comment bot someone forgot to de-activate years ago , and still spewing RRS tired humor from years ago.

    FSM is like so 2006

  • @vigilantzodiac how about when someone is clinically dead and then comes back to life with no medical explanation? since it cannot be proven that science did it, what other explanation could there be?

  • @grandconjunct You're kidding, right? "something atheism doesn't predict." Atheism doesn't predict anything, it isn't a set of beliefs in and of itself. Atheism is a term applied to the recognition that there is no rational basis for faith. The point of FSM is to be absurd. There is no conversion, much less any basis for mocking. Any theist who mocks FSM is mocking themselves - That is the point

  • @grandconjunct No need to be defensive. He's employing the notion of Russel's Teapot. It's the same thing as FSM. It points out the same flaws in trying to use biblical scripture as historical fact. It simply doesn't hold water (no flood pun intended).

  • @grandconjunct i hardly even know where to begin with what you are saying.

    let's keep it simple:

    1. i do not need to disprove god, you need to prove he exists, and not a single person ever has. i cannot, in a sense, prove he does not.

    2. you are a special kind of insane if you are so deluded that you think god has replaced limbs or brought people back to life. can you show me a single example of this that wouldn't be the same as me discussing the color of fairy wings from a child's book?

  • Unfortunately, as you should know, the burden of proof is on the theist. They are making the proposal that there is a god. Your statement over whether God heals amputees would be credible if you could show non-Biblical examples of this occurring.

And no, I don't think many atheists believe in magic. However, it would be hard to separate Biblical "miracles" with magic. Is the difference the person from which the supernatural event was caused?

  • nice clouds.

  • Jesus heals us on two levels: the body and the soul, He is a becon of hope that no atheist will ever experience.

  • spikeannoyed: funny.

grandconjuct: thanks for posting, Kreeft is great!

  • I mean it takes about 30 days to read the New Testament if you pace yourself well.

  • God does heal amputees (Luke 22:50-51)

and will heal the rest on his time table not the mockers who sees all pain as meaningless and Euthanasia as the best cure for it , sometimes he raises people from the dead too (see video link ) Whats the atheists answer to the amputee ? life sucks deal with it ?

There is no evidence that "there is no evidence for God" & also no evidence that God never heals amputees.

How can anyone even be an atheist ? do you people believe in magic or something
