Everyone has Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) to some extent. It is merely the matter of having a shorter attention span than others. Students who have shorter attention spans often fail while ones who have longer attention spans often excel. Even when nice teachers let students with ADD use extended time to complete tests, they still may not have enough time since each students capacity to focus varies. This is the way it is, and it is very unfair. No matter how hard students with ADD work, their poor performance is often mistaken for laziness. The main character in the film experiences the difficulties of having a shorter attention span known as ADD (+ in the film).
Great film, but to all you ADD'ers out there. IT is still very possible to succeed and live a happy life! Just stick to it and don't give up! I have ADD severely and am taking advance classes at my community college (calculus, phys).
