  • what does ACV do for the locks?

  • @ComplexBeauty89 I just did an acv wash and I must say it works like a charm in getting rid of any deep setted dirt and grime in locs. I washed with shampoo, then the acv, and followed again with shampoo. No lingering smell and squeaaky clean locs.

  • I have bumpy locs like yu, will they ever smooth out :/

  • @brandibernay Yes indeed, they will...well, that is if you don't have a latch hooking fail like I did

  • @Thinknappythoughts i hope they do ... naww i dont' really latch i did a couple just to see how they would turn out ! the only troubles im having are the big bumbs sand lumps

  • @brandibernay don't worry, somehow some way they will smooth over. And you won't even necessarily have to palm roll them out, when I retwist, I do so only at the root and most of my lumps and bumps have disappeared...surely some will stick around as souvenirs but most will go away with time.

  • how long do you leave the ACV rinse in? i've also heard about mixing it with baking soda? I use Taliah Wajiid's black earth shampoo now but its sooo THICK. i feel i never know how much to use. and does that Bronner shampoo have sulfate in it, my stylists told me to avoid that specific ingredient

  • @Thinknappythoughts thanks :) im sticking through it all bumbs and all... i wanna be able to say i started and maintained them through it all . but thanks and congrats on ur new babies :) i watch ur videos.
