Airport Table Tennis

UC Berkeley and De Anza Co-Ed table tennis team just finished playing in the 2010 NCTTA National Championships. We were stuck at the Milwaukee airport in Wisconsin for the night, so we improvised a little game of table tennis with the cafe tables.

This, particularly of this kind of set up, is going to be a very popular street sport soon. Why didn't they us use a square table instead? How will they play double, two tables each side?
