Seriously, was tripping off the same thing. This movie also embraces some common computer concepts people wouldn't know about until years later. The robot causes destruction because she has no way to determine when a loop should end on her own.

no, actually, that's the 1955-65 Noveltoons/Modern Madcaps theme - it just happened to be on a few Baby Huey cartoons, because they were released as Noveltoons
Oh, at 0:07 you can tell this was originally a Paramount cartoon from the font used in the words "Presents A..." - the word "Paramount" is blacked out
