  • I am currently doing p90x and I am definatley not over weight. I do not follow there nutrition guide but I i try my best to eat good. But what my real prob is that my goal isto flatten my stomach out at the end of my 90 days so far im 3 weeks in to p90x and this first month ive been binge eating junk food i go for like a week then just crash hard and eat junk food like crazy on the weekends that is, what can i do to control my junk food intake steve?

  • @TheCrimsonKing09 1. More foods with lower calories allowing you to eat more without taking in calories. . 2. More foods with more fiber to help fill you up.

    and also, don't try to cut them out completely, let's say you want some chips, go have a very small bowl of chips don't try to deprive yourself completely, if you take drastic measures it will backfire.

    Another solution is punishment or compensation, this is what I did, if at the end of the day i felt or knew that i ate too many cookies, I go out and instead of running 8 miles I would run 12. Excuse my intrusion.
