Markus Schulz - The Edge Factor (1997-Q1-01)

This is it! The first Edge Factor show that I ever recorded. This is the one that started it all. It was late one Saturday night in Phoenix, Arizona and for some reason I had the radio on. I stumbled upon a show playing "Techno", so I got a cassette out and started recording it. I had no idea I would be recording a show that would lead me down one of the most amazing paths in life I could have asked for. Years before Trance and Markus Schulz became world-wide phenomenon's, Markus was spinning underground tunes that made him unique from all the trendy club DJ's in Phoenix and made his show extremely addictive. Markus picked only the best tunes at the time (which has led me on a 14 year old quest to find them!). If you can identify any of the tunes in this mix, please let me know so I can update the tracklist and buy the tunes.

I hope you enjoy this channel and the mixes. You will not find these mixes anywhere else on the internet. They come directly from cassettes that I used to record the Edge Factor and have been cleaned up to the best of my abilities.
