Have you even played this game? and to be precise its not a game as such its a fighting game engine, you make the game yourself. setsuna can do plenty of moves and the other guy is crappy and cheap. You put whatever characters/stages/music etc into the engine, it can turn out really well, its just how much work you put into it.
