The Cure was nominated for the HALL OF FAME this year... and guess who they mentioned as The Cure's drummer.... jason? NOP! they mentioned only Boris Williams as an important part of the band who challenged conventions "while influencing two generations of emo and goth bands".

Wow, I really loved this performance! A whole heap more than I was expecting to without the keys. Proof that The Cure still kick arse even 30 years on.

"The great Pop Song"? ... Good joke.

Oh please. We've had two decades of pathetic whining about Jason Cooper. I love his drumming.
Jason Cooper is the drummer for The Cure. Get over it, or just fucking die. It's not 1989 anymore (thank Christ) and the world changes. Maybe it's time these complaining "fans" grew up.
The Cure is great because Robert does not give a shit about the critical opinions of others. He has kept the band fresh while others take the "greatest hits" nostalgia road. This is why they continue to be great.
