This is a very quick video showing you where and how to get custom backgrounds!

Here is the steps to put it on-
first connect ur psp to the computer
put the pic in the folder called PICTURES
then disconnect it
then go to the picture icon
click on the memory stick
go to the picture and click on that
press triangle
go 1 left on the d-pad
and select yes to the question
