Japanese Gyaru Girl Makeup

My inspiration for this makeup look was a Japanese fashion magazine I picked up while in Japan... I loved the styles of makeup in the magazine... lots of bright pink cheeks, pink lips and defined liner around the eyes with lots of lashes.
