Well, Cinderella is distressed because she knows she'll eventually have to go back, the Prince because he's in love with a girl he doesn't even know how to find -Cinderella-, Dandini -the valet dressed as Prince- because he likes Cinderalla, the sisters because the "Prince" isn't paying much attention to them, the Evil Stepfather because the "Prince" isn't paying attention to his daughters, and the chorus... because it's the end of a Rossini first act, and you HAVE to be distressed

L'Italia ha avuto grandissimi geni nella musica operistica. persino i "minori" hanno scritto brani immortali, ad esempio Giordano con la "mamma morta", brano immenso che tocca le corde più profonde del cuore! Poi un Rossini ti fa anche divertire... mi fa ridere spesso! lo adoro quest'uomo!
