First Released on the Single "Cable Ray" in 2001, then the final version of the song was released in 2002 on the LP "Exiles."

Another version of the song appeared on the clinic's official website (not online at this time) containing exerts of Charles Manson's 1996 parole hearing rant. It was this rare Charles Manson version of the song that hit seemed to generate a buzz on the internet. A buzz that seemingly no other music from any of The Clinic's releases had generated. This version is the version with the Manson rants, as well as sound fx from a nitrous oxide tank.
