Ronnie James Dio: The Elf Albums is a CD compilation released in 1994. It consists of Elf's second and third albums, Carolina County Ball (1974) and Trying to Burn the Sun (1975). Really great stuff for all RJD fans! Piano driven Boogie-Woogie Rock 'N' Roll!
this song reminds me of queen's dreamers ball.

Man, I found this compilation in an Independent Records store in Colorado, but I lended it to my grandfather so we could learn some songs off of it. That was a LONG time ago! I have it on my iPod, but I still miss that CD. We were able to do "Hoochie Koochie Lady" (had to Email a clip off of this site to him) and "Prentice Wood" with his jazz trio.
Great song. It just proves how versatile Dio's vocals were. And whenever I play this album (or particularly this song), I'm in a good mood! \\m//
