Wacom Cintiq 21ux with Ergotron arm ease of use

A much more natural drawing position enabled by using the Ergotron LX arm model number 45-241-026.

I just bought this for my cintiq but the arm keeps coming down, like if the cinitq is too heavy for the arm. Is there way to secure it into position?

@notetoself911 The arm came with an allen key (hex key) tighten up the relevant joints with it.

Does it need to be connected with the computer all the time or you can draw in a totally different room and just connect it later?

In your opinion, do you think this sort of set up would work with the dual ergotron arm (I have a monitor and a wacom I want to attach) or would two single ergotron arms (one on each side of the desk) be better?

Cintiq just make me Drooling,so i just gave it up.
