There is a leadership problem in Haiti's government. When you see IDB Moreno talking about the status of the private sector in Haiti, that is normally what would be done by an Haitian leader. It's clear that Michel Martelly is an IDB puppet who has no primary strategic responsibility for making Haiti's private sector competitive. All Haiti's economic activities and business development are managed by IDB Moreno. And until that is solved it is going to be very, very difficult for people of Haiti to be able to do all that they would want to do for the benefits of their country.
