About Kelvin

As YouTube forces users once again to accept massive changes in the design and layout of our channels, basically all profile info I wrote on what Kelvinwontcry2 is about, will be gone as soon as I'll finally have to change to the new design for good.

So I made this short video, which contains some core info on Kel (short for Kelvin) that I do not want to get lost only because YouTube cuts more and more of the "social" elements of their Social Network. There will be one or two more of this nature coming up during the following days, still.

I have been thinking back and forth about how to preserve the channel's information, because it's important to me that new visitors get to know what Kelvinwontcry2 is about. But there simply is no way of doing so within the upcoming new channel limitations. So I thought I'd make a step forward and make this first video, which wil be followed by one or two more, still,I guess.

I remember vivdly how much I had to struggle with the change to "Beta" back in the day. After lots of feedback, YouTube worked out stuff that reduced the damage and restrictions we had to face, and I was able to rearrange the channel in ways that made the whole thing work. I now hope that also with this new change, there will be things mended still and optimized. Bringing back the Transparency feature for the channel page would be good first step. Well, here's to hope!

It has been a pleasure.

As far as the channel changeover goes, I am making plans at this time to transfer my uploads over to Vimeo. Once they force the cosmic panda channels on all of us, I will have no use for GoogleTube anymore. :(

Anyway, I won't make this a rant on Google. That's not the purpose here. Just thought I'd offer you an alternative to GoogleTube.
