  • musicmanwok: No, you can't play it like a regular chromatic...doesn't have all the tones of a chromatic scale. The dim 7th chord has some accidentals, but not all.

  • My good friend Cham-Ber, a native Chinese, pronunces it like "chamber" in chamber music. Hohner also made a prototype 16-hole Chordomonica, shown to me by Paul Donath, their sales manager when they were located in Hicksville, Long Island, NY. I have an "A" Chordomonica that Cham-Ber borrowed to perform "Londonderry Air" on stage at an annual festival of the Garden State (New Jersey) Harmonica Club.
