hi i just had a few questions i just had a baby 6 months ago have been going to the gym 3 days a week eat will and pounds have slowly been coming off. i seen that you took hcg did you gain back the wight and how long ago did u drop it? one more question is the company you bought from do you know how much hcg is in the bottle as in ui or iu not oz.. thanks and would you recommend that to me

im not trying to make you go off the diet but if you research it approximation of 75 percent of people go on this diet gain all and more of the weight back. Are you going to have a healthy lifestyle change after this???

@lolopopojr every diet you go on if you do not make it a life style change you will gain weight back you have to change the way you eat and think..... it isn't a quick fix.....this diet worked amazingly for me but I also didn't start eating junk after.... either.... I made my goal and was very impressed i'm not on the diet no more because I reached my goals.

@Luvmebabi30 I do workout and will continue to go to the gym while on this diet. once I came off the hcg I will continue with the life style change.
