    If the meat is labeled "corned" then it's okay to skip the refrigeration step (as that means it's already been spiced and aged) and go right to boiling (and add the spices that come with the meat.) And click on my link in the Description above to read all the details ;-p

    hi.. who do you apply all that salt and everything and then rinse it off after 10 days and boil it and everything... what does that do ? also does the the flavour in the end go inside as well or is it all just on the top layer ?

    goes in...but if the beef is already corned, then you can go straight boiling and bypass the 10 day curing ;-p
