The Hathaway's flash novels took place during the Beltorchika's Children version of Char's Counterattack. This means, it's continuity is moot as the novels of Char's Counterattack do not count as canon.

There's a few resin kits of Xi and Penelope out there, but none of them look quite as good as this figure imo
