@sara - yes I believe it does work, but you need to keep at it and give it a few weeks to see what happens

@taigfitz - i fired up camstudio to capture the demonstration, a lot of people use camtasia but camstudio is free and just as good imo

This type of thing does actually work when combined with congruent behaviour BUT there are cheaper programmes out there. From what I have read the customer care on this one sucks. Not sure if they all do the pictures thing but the truth is, it doesn't really matter anyway words or pictures it will work for you but look up for other products online, this one's a rip off, sorry but it is.

Always the same stupid example about losing weight, what about money, business, etc'? and you only immitate the original one, and iam sure that it has no efffect on you, because if you were a little bit intelligent at least you may change the example and not repeat the same stupid example
