I'm born and raised in Windsor and have been around the world. Lots of great friends I have in Windsor, but come on you have to admit we are one tough guy wanna-be, 150K a year union job and complaining, beer drinking, high on the job, fat, lazy bunch of folks. That goes for the auto workers wondering why their jobs went overseas (yes partly due to corporate greed I will give you that) to the corrupt police force that even the RCMP say are the most corrupt and highest paid bullies in Canada.

An even better idea... Call the by-law dept. on him.. He needs a permit to remove or replace any structure or fixture permanently attached. They will issue him a stop work order if he doesn't have a permit... hehehehehe

Some asshole tried this shit with my father a few years back.. Cut down a fence & a few trees that he claimed were on his property as a result of a recent survey the idiot had done. Turned out that the surveyor wasn't real good at his job & used the wrong marker to measure from. ended up costing the surveyor & the moron about $60,000 in costs & damages at a boundary hearing, although it took over a year to get the matter heard. I hope your neighbor was measuring from a good survey......

@ASSASIN3601088 I've lived in Windsor most of my life and I love the people here. One of the greatest places you could live as far as I'm concerned! There's assholes in every city though, you can't get away from them.
