somebody she trusted was looking after her child. that can only be the reason for her partying. the prosecution r sayin the child rotted in the car? the evidence is about bugs and chems that are left corpses?WHY DID HER M8S NOT NOTICE THE DEAD CHILD IN THE TRUNK ON THAT NIGHT??too many ifs and maybes. i'd give her not guilty. she's not saying something about someone very important or had accomplices.. no. she had left the child w someone to be free to party. a trusted someone. it's all too whack

wait a minute: her m8s, on the night the lil girl was killed, tried to change 2 of her tyres then gave up then she tried to drive the car, there were sparks from the wheels,she got a lift home and left the car which later got impounded. surely the attempt to change the tyres would prove the child was not in the trunk?if she put her child in that car then her m8s wouldve noticed surely?the only thing that is convicting this girl is her behaviour. simple as-which is baffling unless she thought

@tr, I am not sure of the statistics, but I am pretty sure that "most are thrown out of court" is not accurate. The prosecution has PLENTY of evidence to convict, perhaps not murder 1, even thought there was evidence of nefareous searches on the comp. Most compelling was her behavior AFTER the fact...didn't look like a surprise death to me.

disagree rome...i jury with a conscience would not give a guilty verdict and have a young girl put to death if they were not 100% convinced she was guilty. With the evidence produced so far, they can not with a conscience say she committed murder

@paganwheels And most are thrown out of court. Also, there is still some psychical evidence in those cases. The prosecution in this case has absolutely nothing but speculation and opinion ! Again, just me own personal opinion... no way in hell i would convict Casey based on what the prosecution has put forth.
