Sam Fender Highlights 2010-11 Greeneville High School

6'1 unsigned Samantha Fender highlight from the Ladies Classic in Greeneville, TN 2010-11

Sam is a young senior this year that holds a 3.5 GPA. She is a late bloomer who has recently drawn attention from several colleges including Division 1. She posseses many talents including lock down defense, strong leadership and many fundamental offensive skills. Her 6'4 wingspan makes her play bigger than she is and gives her the ability to block shots easily as well as get rebounds over taller players. She is very dedicated and is in EXCELLENT condition. She plays plays for the Knoxville Panthers during the off season who is coached by Don Brown. She is still on the look out for the right college team for her.

The first game in this video shows her playing against a nationally ranked Hoover AL.. She is matched up against the #12 ranked forward in the nation Chardonae Fuqua.
In the second game she is matched up agained Scott High's Lauren Tibbs (Marquette signee) who is ranked as the 37th center in the nation.
In the third game against Maryville, TN, Sam is matched up with (Belmont signee) Torrie Vaught.
