go to crucial dot com it can scan ur pc and give u the amount of ram and how much ram you can add and the price without having to open ur pc first. i think its better that way.

Umm my comp only has 512 mb of ram and is constantly usin 60% of ram soon as i start the comp up then dont let me mention wow ive done everything i can to reduce the lag my comp can only hangle 2 gigs of ram should i just save for a new desktop or buy some ram and see how it helps?

@Ascendedlegend If you have the ability to get some inexpensive RAM, you would definitely see your PC run better if you added it. But if you decide to upgrade memory or buy a new PC is really up to you and what you are willing to spend/put up with.
