  • holds fairly well with plyos but still moves a little if you do it up too tight it restricts breathing & movement too much. I preferred it a little loose so could move more freely

  • hopefully more people can learn from my mistakes & get healthy, stronger & fitter than me without the setbacks.

  • Nice vest but the gel is not unique. The Reebok vest is the same. Nice clip

  • @primalenergy had not seen it, just looked it up looks very similar 4.5 & 9kg. Will research next time.

  • Excellent videos. Learned a lot. I have something for you to try if you haven't yet. When doing Pull ups or any core work outs while using a pull up bar hang a towel for each arm and grip the towels instead.

  • do they sell concealable vest like that so i can wear it to work and school

    iv seen body togs but i want a vest and i dont want weight on lower arm because of complications???

  • @origin0balance Do you have problems with the vest kind of popping up over the velcro straps when you do plyometrics? The Reebok one sometimes comes loose when jumping sprinting ect. I just noticed that yours has double straps.Does it counter the problem?

  • Great video and tips on how to work it in safely. I'm getting a hyper wear vest soon so thanks for the advice on not getting too crazy right away.
